Fancy giving it a go? Come to a free training session and find out all about it. Send a text to the Bristol Empire Dragons phone (07747 793720) or email the Coach to let us know you which session you want to come to and you will get sent the code for the gate.

All you need is to wear sensible clothing & trainers - stuff you don't mind getting wet - no jeans or hoodies and be able to swim 50m in light clothing.

After 3 free training sessions we are sure you will have caught the bug and you can then follow these simple guidelines to become a Bristol Empire Dragon:

• Download and complete the Bristol Empire Dragons membership form and hand it to the Club Secretary.
• Download the BDA membership form and send it to the BDA address on the form. This is important as without it you will not be insured or able to race in the National League or other BDA affiliated events. When you receive your unique BDA number please forward this to the Club Secretary and Treasurer.
• Set up Standing order/direct debit for subs - seek clarification from the Bristol Empire Dragons treasurer if you are unclear as to what your subs are or when they should start from.
• Come to training
